Developed to assist directors in meeting the federal requirements to train all staff.  The training packet comes ready to use but may be edited using the CD.   Packet includes a sign in sheet, agenda, and handout covers all of the required areas regarding confidentiality of student records.   

Developed to assist schools in meeting Federal and State requirements.  The training packet comes ready to use but may be customized using the CD or zipped file.  The training packet includes a sign in sheet, agenda, application form (which documents no conflict of interest) and covers all of the required areas. 

For example:
* identification of student with a disability
* collection of evaluation and re-evaluation data relating to a student with a disability
* Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee process
* development of an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and conduct transition planning for exit from high school when appropriate
* determination of least restrictive environment
* implementation of an IEP
* procedural rights and safeguards available and sources that the surrogate parent may contact to obtain assistance in understanding the provisions of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations relating to students with disabilities 

Meet the needs of persons on the campus who are asked to interpret in IEP meetings, phone calls, etc.  The training packet comes ready to use but may be customized using the CD.  Packet includes a sign in sheet, agenda, and covers numerous training areas of interest to those providing interpreting services.  Feedback from those staff members having this opportunity to meet together has been exciting.  There is no rule that requires this, therefore these staff members are often overlooked.
